On the 15th of May, 1948 more than 700,000 Palestinian Arabs fled or were expelled from their homes, for Palestinians, this date marks the ‘Nakba’ or the ‘catastrophe’, when they were forced out of their homes, and since then Palestinians all over the world commemorate yearly the loss of their beloved land.
